Tameka is our Head Clinical Technician, as well as one of our Wellness Coaches. She is also an experienced Medical Laboratory Assistant and Esthetician. She is driven by opportunities to help improve the overall health and wellness of our patients and is very dedicated to providing the best care and service possible.

Dr. Bulelwa Sithembu is a founder and director of Fountain Health and Wellness. She is a medical practitioner licensed to practice in British Columbia, Canada by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia. She commenced her studies in the faculty of medicine at the University of Cape Town, South Africa in 1995 and graduated with a bachelor of medicine and surgery in 2001. Since 2002, she has been a duly qualified registered medical practitioner. She has also completed compressive laser science training with Cynosure. She has been certified by American Board of Independent Medical Examiners since 2009 as an independent medical examiner based on her experience and relevant credentials. She is currently an Associate member of Canadian Board of Occupational Medicine, a Certified Family Physician by the College of Family Physicians of Canada.

She is also a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner and is a member of the International Society of Orthomolecular Medicine which has chapters all around the world including Canada. She adopts and adheres to the philosophy that ‘it is far better to prevent illness and build health than to wait for the disease to manifest’.
